Yoga is the a union between the mind, body and breath making it a unique form of physical exercise

My classes focus on developing both physical and mental self-awareness to help students maximise their physical potential and to gain a sense of freedom from the pressures of busy modern life.

I offer private and group sessions, studio classes, workshops and online teaching.
