Yoga Move Dance is the trading name for Jane Woolley. By using our services, you agree to the use of the data we collect in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

 

Classes and Workshops

We collect a certain amount of personal data when you attend our classes and workshops. This is for the purposes of meeting insurance company criteria as well as for your health and safety. Health information is also used to tailor sessions to suit your individual needs.

 

Class and workshop attendance and health data will be held for a maximum of seven years from your last class with Yoga Move Dance (seven years from reaching the age of consent for under-18s), and this is a condition of my insurance.

 

If you ask us to remove or amend information solely held for marketing purposes (for example, data held for a mailing list), we will do so as soon as is practicable.

 

We take our obligation to protect the information you give us very seriously, and we always take care when using and processing it. We do not share your data with any third parties. 

 

The studios and gyms and other premises where we work on a self-employed basis collect data from you independently as a member or user of their facilities and are solely responsible for their own data protection and privacy compliance.

Disclosing Information
We do not disclose any personal information obtained about you from this website to third parties. We may use the information to keep in contact with you and inform you of new classes or opportunities in line with your interests.

 

You will be given the opportunity to remove yourself from any database or mailing list at any time.

Your Internet browser has the facility to store small files — “cookies” — that hold information which allows a website to recognize your account.  The Yoga Move Dance website takes advantage of this facility to enhance your experience. You have the ability to prevent your computer from accepting cookies but, if you do, certain functionality on the website may be impaired.
